At Olli Ella, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns on full-priced items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags and packaging intact.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack your items in their original Olli Ella packaging to ensure they arrive back to us in perfect condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
